Style and Comfort

It is obvious that the S75 Pro has been designed for maximum comfort and ease of use during testing. The generous use of sleek, rounded edges on the back side allows the product to effortlessly fit into the palm of the hand. This eliminates the potential for accidental drops, and also makes it easier to press the Start and Mode buttons during testing.

Front-facing Mouthpiece

The front-facing mouthpiece has numerous advantages over older breathalyzer configurations. First, the front-facing mouthpiece has been designed to make self-testing incredibly easy. There is no reason to rotate, twist, or turn the product after the initial countdown. Instead, a user can watch the screen and simply move the product forward towards the mouth when the countdown reaches zero. This helps eliminate flow errors – where a user does not blow quickly enough after the countdown. When a user has completed the breath sample, again, there is no twisting or turning needed – the result is already directly on the screen in front of them. This ease-of-use is very noticeable the first time you use the S75 Pro.

The BACtrack S75 Pro employs highly-accurate Xtend™ fuel cell sensor technology, which allows it to be used for professional and medical testing applications. When accuracy is key, count on the S75 Pro’s Xtend Fuel Cell Sensor technology for the following benefits:

• It will not show a false positive for someone who is diabetic or on a low calorie diet. Other semiconductor breathalyzer models will sometimes show a false positive result for these individuals.



• It provides more accurate and more consistent results as compared with semi-conductor models. For example, with the S75 Pro, you are more likely to show the same test result when you test someone repeatedly in a very short period of time.



• It can remain accurate for up to thousands of tests.



• It is more accurate at higher BAC concentrations. For example, if someone is very intoxicated, say 0.22 %BAC, the S75 Pro is more likely to provide an accurate test result as compared to semiconductor models, which often lose accuracy at higher BAC values. This is called linearity of response.

Like the BACtrack S80 Pro, the S75 Pro also uses a miniature air pump inside the product to more accurately collect a breath sample. During use, you can actually feel the "click" of the pump collecting the breath sample.
